of information they don't need. At the same time, they receive little in the way of dependable analyses and forecasts on which to base important decisions.

In 1983 I founded a company dedicated to helping international corporations identify and understand Washington developments and to guiding them through the maze of U.S. government regulation and legislation. In the years since, the firm has grown from two professionals to a staff of nine. Our clients now number approximately thirty of the largest and most successful international financial institutions and corporations, as well as government ministries and multilateral institutions.

Our credo is simple -- provide the best analysis available; be scrupulously honest with our clients about what we know and don't know; and always deliver full value.

We have tried to create a friendly but highly challenging environment in which to work. Within this environment, our dedicated professionals and staff continually strive to improve our services and ensure each client's satisfaction. We all understand that we cannot be successful unless our clients are successful, too.
